Kentucky regulations, and applicable payer requirements. The Administrator oversees staff,
operations, compliance, financial performance, and quality assurance to ensure the agency
operates efficiently and provides high-quality, person-centered care.

Attendant
The Attendant Care Aide (ACA) is responsible for providing non-medical, hands-on personal
care and supportive services to clients in their homes or community settings. Services are delivered in accordance with the client’s individualized plan of care and in compliance with
Kentucky Personal Services Agency (PSA) and Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS)
regulations.
