Clients purchase Block Hours in advance, scheduled according to their individualized care plan.

Deducted based on actual hours worked each visit

Hospitalization Protection Benefit
Priority Reinstatement Upon Discharge
Hospitalization Credit Policy:
- ✓ Credit for unused scheduled hours during inpatient stays
- ✓ Must use within 30 days of discharge
- ✓ Maximum 50% of monthly block hours
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 24-hour notice required for cancellations
- Visit forfeited from block balance if cancelled without notice
- $75 rescheduling fee if rescheduled within same active block cycle
- Rescheduling subject to staff availability
- Services do not carry over to next month
Individual & Couples Care
Block Care applies to one individual per plan. Couples sharing a household may share a schedule with billing reflecting services to two individuals in the same service period. Separate schedules require separate Block Care plans.
